Donald J. Trump was sworn in as the 47th president at a ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda, declaring that the “the golden age of America begins right now.” Late today, he appeared at a parade in the 20,000-seat Capitol One Arena after the inauguration was moved indoors because of the cold weather. And he was signing a series of executive orders on immigration, the economy and energy. NBC News’ Lester Holt reports.
