Despite offensive struggles without Allar, Penn State’s defense gave the team a spark. Midway through the third quarter, Jaylen Reed intercepted Wisconsin quarterback Braedyn Locke’s pass and returned it 19 yards for a touchdown, putting Penn State back in the lead at 14-10.
