Alec Baldwin’s Rust trial dismissed over hidden evidence

A New Mexico judge dismissed Alec Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter case for a fatal shooting on the Rust set. He broke down in tears.

As the judge read from a lengthy statement outlining her reasons for the dismissal, Mr. Baldwin, who is best known for his role as Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live and the NBC sitcom 30 Rock, wept. His better half, Hilaria, covered her mouth. His family members also wept and smiled.

She stated that Ms. Johnson “didn’t agree with the decision to have a public hearing” regarding the claims made by the evidence.
